KC Container Guest Liability Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS A RELEASE OF CLAIMS AND AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities provided by The Rolling Lounge KC ("Company"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in mobile lounge activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slipping, falling, cuts, bruises, or other injuries that may result from the use of the mobile lounge facilities, equipment, or services.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE The Rolling Lounge KC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in such activities.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS The Rolling Lounge KC from any loss or damage it may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs, or judgments against it arising out of my participation in activities.

MEDICAL TREATMENT

I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury while participating in activities with The Rolling Lounge KC.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have read this waiver and release, understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and have signed it freely and voluntarily.
